Returns / Shipping Policy


All orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. Most orders arrive sooner. Items ordered on are shipped from our Atlanta, GA fulfillment facility every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The cutoff time for your item to be shipped is 6pm ET of the evening before. Items that do not make the cutoff time will be packed in time to go out the next shipment day. *Our fulfillment facility is closed on national holidays.

Please also note that the shipping rates are flat rate, currently based on weight of the items purchased. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If a larger sized flat rate shipping method is required we will invoice you the shipping difference. (This is very common on international orders)  

We are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. We will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint.

Holidays also will increase shipping time. We recommend purchasing by the following dates to receive holiday shipments on time:

Thanksgiving: First Class Mail: Order by November 18th, 11:59pm EST

Christmas: First Class Mail: Order by December 14th, 11:59pm EST

New Years: First Class Mail: Order by December 20th, 11:59pm EST

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All international orders will be shipped via USPS. All orders will be sent out First Class International. Typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days, possibly longer depending on your country. USPS DOES NOT offer any kind of tracking for First Class International. You will receive a customs confirmation number that informs of acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible, as mail delays and other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control.

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.


Return/Exchange Policy

If the contents of your game arrive damaged or missing pieces, first, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and want to get this resolved immediately. Please email us with your order number and the issue with the product at and a customer service rep will assist you immediately with replacement next steps.

Returns for reasons outside of content damage/ missing components will not be accepted. If you feel that your item warrants a return, but does not fall into the category of damage, please email us at for consideration. 

If your package has been returned by USPS due to delivery issues, the package must return FULLY to our fulfillment center before we will authorize a reshipment. We will contact you to receive an updated address for reshipment. Additional funds may need to be collected for the cost of reshipment if the company will incur expense to do so. 

To properly return item(s), please include the following information with your return: Order Number, Your Full Name

Returns/exchanges without proper documentation cannot be accommodated.
